February 13th 2015. Pick of the day.
New York City's premiere resource for classic film screenings in the metropolitan area. Offering reviews, recommendations, venues and a host of links keeping classic film and the silver screens alive.

Today's Pick? I'm cuttin' to the chase: it's been quite some time since I've had the pleasure of helping place focus on early Peter Weir, and months since I've had the opportunity to sing the praises of the Rubin Museum's ace efforts. Here I get the opportunity to shower praise upon both.
Peter Weir's PICNIC AT HANGING ROCK screens at the Rubin Museum as part of their exceptional series Cabaret Cinema. Happy to have it back.
